This kitchen was extremely special to me because I designed this for my friend who also helps me run my local nonprofit where we network and transport dogs out of 2 shelters in Southern Colorado.

Designed as part of a luxury fix-and-flip, this dining room seamlessly blends refined style with everyday functionality. Thoughtfully planned details, like floating shelves, seeded glass cabinetry, built-in fridge drawers, and a hidden ice maker, create a space that works just as hard as it wows.

What began as a mudroom concept during a luxury fix-and-flip quickly evolved into one of the most memorable spaces in the home, a dedicated dog room.

This laundry room blends high-performance functionality with timeless style, transformed as part of a luxury fix-and-flip. The original arched stained-glass window was intentionally preserved, adding a one-of-a-kind focal point and a touch of charm to the space.

This primary bathroom was designed for a luxury fix-and-flip in Cherry Hills Village, CO, with one goal in mind: calm, spa-like serenity. White oak cabinetry grounds the space with natural warmth and texture, while the countertops and backsplash layer in timeless luxury.
